Shipping and Returns

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

Free shipping is provided for most orders over $100 within the lower contiguous states of the USA.


We utilize multiple shipping locations throughout the US and will ship the item from the closest warehouse that has your item in stock.  This allows us to provide 3 business day shipping to 80% of the US and 5 day shipping to the remainder.

So have no fear just because its free doesn’t mean its slow, and most orders will be delivered within 4 business days.


Simply select the free shipping option during checkout, It is up to our discretion on which shipping carrier we use USPS, UPS, FEDEX, OnTrac to provide the free shipping service.  A tracking number is always provided to you as soon as the item ships from one of our distribution centers.

 
The free shipping offer excludes shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, Military Boxes, PO Boxes and items too large to ship via UPS or USPS. These items are usually large freight or bulky items such as hoods, doors, body panels etc.


HANDLING TIME


The majority of orders will ship the same day if placed on a weekday before 5 PM EST (eastern standard time), otherwise they will ship on the next business day. We utilize multiple shipping and distribution centers to get your order to you in the fastest time possible. Please note if you place the order on a Friday at 5 PM the order will not ship till Monday, unless a national holiday falls on a Monday.


If your order requires additional verification (security concerns, incorrect information, etc.) we may need additional processing time.


TRANSIT TIMES


The delivery time of your package depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting any of the expedited shipping options for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays.


When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays observed by the selected parcel carrier.


ITEMS ON BACKORDER


If an order is placed for a product that is on back order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the e-mail you provided during the checkout process.  We will give you the option to keep your order in our system and have us ship the item as soon as it becomes available, or cancelling the item for a full refund.


APO / PO BOX SHIPMENTS


Shipments going to an APO or PO Box will need to select USPS as the shipping carrier during checkout, and will not qualify for our free shipping promotions. Please be aware that the United States Postal Service has size restrictions on shipments going to APO’s and PO Boxes.


If you have added a large item to your Shopping Cart and are unable to select USPS as the carrier, the package is probably too large to ship to your postal box. If you choose to have your APO or PO order sent via a different carrier, we suggest verifying the delivery possibilities with that carrier before placing the order.


If a package is deemed undelivered by a carrier that cannot delivered packages to your post office box or APO you the buyer will be responsible for all freight charges and fees associated with the shipment of the product back to us.


We may require additional verification and may contact you for more information, if we are unable to contact you the order may be cancelled.


BILLING / SHIPPING ADDRESSES


If you wish to have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address, please be aware that your order may require additional verification and may be subject to processing delays.


We recommend allowing extra time for order fulfillment when shipping to an alternate address. If you have any questions about your order verification please feel free to contact our customer service department.


DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT


If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please contact us utilizing our CONTACT US page


Please take a photo of the packaging and product damage prior to contacting us.

 
Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment.
In order to fully process a damage claim, the shipping carrier reserves the right to inspect the package prior to closing the damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided to the carrier for inspection if they request it. All our packages are insured and are covered by the shipping carrier for the full value of your purchase.


Floormatsandliners.com is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence, and failure to follow the above directions.


60 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY


If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you received you may return it within 60 days of placing your order,  the item must be in original packaging with all original packing material, NOT INSTALLED or USED.  Any merchandise that was used will not qualify for a return. 


Any special order items or electronics are non-returnable, and any original shipping or handling charges are non refundable.  Contact us directly for a return authorization number, or fill out our returns form on the website.


Please inspect all items prior to installation, as any installed items will be non returnable.  Once the approved return is received by us, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund minus the original shipping charge to appear on your credit statement this is dependent on your bank’s processing practices.

PLEASE NOTE Any products requiring freight, custom painted or manufactured items are non refundable such as hoods, trunks and any oversize items. If your Freight shipment is incorrect it must be refused upon receipt.
