If you prefer to place your order over the phone, you may call us and we can process your credit card over the phone. If item you ordered happens to be on back order we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to cancel the order, or we will fulfill your order as soon as the product is available. Some items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery if they are being shipped from outside of the country.

Please take a photo of the packaging and product damage prior to contacting us. All our packages are insured and are covered by the shipping carrier for the full value of your purchase. The shipping carrier reserves the right to inspect the package prior to closing the damage claim.
Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from receipt of your order to guarantee 100% satisfaction and must be first authorized by FloormatsandLiners.com prior to shipping the product back to us. Any items being returned must be in original packaging with all original packing material, NOT INSTALLED or USED. Any merchandise that was used will not qualify for a return.
Any special order items or electronics are non-returnable, and any original shipping or handling charges are non refundable. Contact us directly for a return authorization number, or fill out our returns form on the website.
All returns will require a photo to insure items condition prior to return. Please inspect all items prior to installation, as any installed items will be non returnable. Once the approved return is received by us, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund minus the original shipping charge to appear on your credit statement this is dependent on your bank’s processing practices.
